Tosh Ryan thinks this may be Jimmy Hibbert of the Albertos, who went on to mastermind the sound and voice of childrens cartoon character Count Duckula...

I've only just seen this photo, but this looks like Raggy from The Reducers, Bury's finest punk band!
Went to work in South Africa in the early 80s, no idea what he's done since.
If I'm right that should be Roy Tynan on guitar.
Any thoughts?
